General Membership Information

No, members get reduced rates, but anyone can pay the public rate to stay at these parks.

No. Sunrise Reservations keeps track of a member’s status, which parks they have on their membership, and if they are in good standing. Because the park managers can view your account profile at check-in, you merely need to present a valid photo ID. NOTE: If you check in without your membership card, please contact the managers at check-out so that they can check you out of the reservation system. It makes their job that much easier. This is also part of the plan to cut expenses accrued when making and mailing cards & stickers. Thank you.


No. Only those individuals listed on the contract may use the membership. Other options are available for children; please call the Camperworld corporate office for more details.

Yes. However, you must call the Camperworld corporate office to request a group reservation. There is limited availability and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. NOTE: Guests rates can be found in the Retrailia Price List.

Yes. Please be aware that there is a 2-pet rule – 2 pets per camp site. If you are going to exceed 2 pets per camp site, there will be a $15 per night/per pet charge. The following documentation is not required, but recommended: 1) Current rabies vaccination record(s); and, 2) Current homeowner’s / renter’s insurance policy.

Osiris is the business names which owns the parks. The parks are managed through the name "Camperworld."

You are encouraged to make a reservation, but you are able to show up and stay understanding that there may be limited or no available spots.

Yes, but you may have limited options for sites.

No. When you check in at the park, the manager will type in your departure date and the system will only show those sites that have not already been booked. Once you are checked in, your site will not become available to anyone until you check out of that site.

You can make a reservation by visiting our website,, and clicking on the Reservations link on the main menu. Those members who do not have Internet access can contact the Camperworld main office to make reservations

NOTE: In order to make reservations, a member’s profile must have an email address. Registration can be done by following these steps: 1) Click on the Reservations link on the Camperworld website; 2) Choose a park that you would like to visit; 3) Before choosing an arrival date or campsite, click on the login link at the top, right-hand side of the screen. Enter your email address and click on the Reset Your Password link; type in your email address, Enter Code and click on Request Reset. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, it is possible that you do not have an email on your member profile. If this is the case, please Contact Us and type UPDATE EMAIL in the Message field. Once we receive your email we will update your account profile and send you an email with a link to reset your password. At that point, you can follow the steps above and login at step 3. This can happen if a member tries to log in too many times using the wrong username or password. To fix this, please Contact Us and type ACCOUNT LOCKED in the Message field. We will then send you an email to reset your password, which should fix the problem.

Each membership can have up to two reservations at a time. NOTE: Members cannot make two reservations at the same park on the same date. Also, both reservations cannot be booked back to back at the same park, unless you have two memberships and are using the memberships yourself. If you already have two reservations but would still like to view park availability you can still do so.

The number of nights one is allowed to book / stay per visit depends on the type of membership. Most membership types (See below for definitions on membership types) are guaranteed 7 nights per visit. Note: If a member wants to stay more nights than allowed by their membership they can do so but will be subject to a nightly fee for any extra nights. Member must still get approval from the park managers.

Yes. The check-out time is 12:00 PM / check-in time is 2:00 PM – please plan accordingly. NOTE: The check-out time applies to ALL members whether or not the reservation was made ahead of time or whether you checked-in with the manager at the park.

You will receive an email confirmation if you successfully create a reservation. NOTE: You can also log in to Sunrise Reservations, click on your name in the upper, right-hand corner and view all your past and future reservations.

In order to cancel a reservation you can do either of the following – 1) Log in to the reservation system, click on your account name (upper, right-hand corner of the screen), find the reservation listed in your profile and click the Cancel button; or, 2) Contact Us with the details, and type CANCEL RESERVATION in the Message field. NOTE: Cancellations can be completed online by the member more than 3 days prior to arrival. Within 3 days of arrival, member must contact the Camperworld corporate office via email or phone to cancel a reservation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yes. A member who fails to show up AND fails to contact the park manager ahead of time, may be charged a $50.00 No-Show fee. NOTE: If you can’t make your reservation, or you are going to be late, please be responsible and considerate to others by calling the park managers ahead of time. Cancellation fees may apply – see above for rules.
