Nebo Loop Update
In the summer of 2007 tragedy struck Nebo Loop Resort when a ferocious fire traveled up Salt Creek Canyon and burnt some of the landscape in the canyon. Three of our buildings and many RVs that were in storage were burnt to the ground. However, we were amazed to see that most of the trees, grass and other and buildings in the resort were left untouched.
We are very proud to announce that the damaged office/game room buildings and other areas have been rebuilt and Nebo Loop Resort is open again for camping use. The park is now very beautiful, is fully usable with full utilities and in many ways is better than before. Everyone involved in the reconstruction process wanted to preserve the western, rustic feel of the park. We think you will love the new finished product which promotes the same wonderful atmosphere that existed before the fire.

Following are items that have been rebuilt:
- A new clubhouse that includes an office, game room, T.V. Room, laundry, men's and ladies restrooms and showers, storage, and pool equipment room. Laundry and game machines have been replaced with new.
- The swimming pool and surrounding area including the decking has been replaced. This also includes a new pool heater, automatic pool cover, filters, chlorination equipment and utilities.
- A new maintenance building has been built.
- The exterior of the manager's home which was damaged has been renovated.

Driving Directions
From Salt Lake City, go south to exit 225 at Nephi. Go east on Highway 132 (approx. 5 miles). The resort is on the south side of the highway.
